Your merchandise will be shipped prepaid via common carrier. It will be packed to the best of our ability including but not limited to the use of pallets, shrink wrap, metal binding, and other packing materials. The freight company will not haul these materials away. Paddy O' Furniture has no control of common carrier delivery schedule or timing; we will require that they set up an appointment with you when the furniture is in the local distribution center. The freight company will not put the merchandise in your home or on your patio; they will leave it at your patio. Some furniture will require assembly which is the responsibility of the customer. We will ship the merchandise to you the same way that it arrives to us: some items are assembled; some are not. Any damage that occurs during the shipment is the responsibility of the carrier. All items must be inspected while the driver is still present and any signs of damage need to be noted on the delivery receipt. Paddy O' Furniture will do our best to assist you in handling any freight claims for lost or damaged items. Paddy O' Furniture will ship a replacement item when it has been paid in full.
Your merchandise will be shipped via a white glove company based out of Phoenix, Arizona. All items will be fully assembled and inspected before loaded on the truck. The white glove company will call you when they receive the furniture from Paddy O' Furniture and give you an estimated delivery date. Prior to the delivery date the white glove company will call and schedule a three hour window in which your furniture will be delivered. At the scheduled time, the white glove delivery crew will unload the items off the truck and place wherever you may need it, inside or out. If there is any assembly required they will be able to handle it in the field. All items are shipped fully insured so any damage will be covered by the white glove delivery service.
If you select this option in the checkout, additional charges will need to be applied to your order. These charges will not reflect on your online order total since Paddy O' Furniture must determine the cost based on your location. Therefore, someone from our online sales department will contact you within 24 hours to discuss the extra charges for white glove delivery service.
Your item(s) will be shipped via FedEx ground within 3 business days if it is in stock. In most cases it will be shipped in its original packing materials. If an email address is provided we will email you the tracking information.
