CORNED BEEF AND CABBAGE

Put all ingredients in a crock pot in the order listed but leave out the cabbage. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours (5 to 6 on high).

Add cabbage and push down to moisten. Turn to high and cook 2 to 3 hours more.

Makes 8 to 10 servings.

 

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS

3 Sliced Carrots
3 lbs corned beef
2 Sliced onions
1 cup water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 head cabbage cut into wedges
