1. How should I clean my metal frames?
Wash with a solution of mild, liquid dish soap and warm water or one of Paddy O’s wide range of outdoor furniture cleaning products. Sponge or soft bristle thoroughly, rinse and towel dry.

2. When should I take down my umbrella?
You should take down your umbrella during any time the umbrella is not being used. Your umbrella should be closed and tied when not in use. During windy periods remove umbrella from the table and store in a safe place. Remember, wind damage is not covered under any umbrella warranty.

3. How do I care for my fabric?
The life of your fabric depends on its care and use. Certain suntan and sun block products may permanently discolor any fabric. It’s important to clean your fabric regularly. In addition, storing your cushions when not in use or using furniture covers will extend their life. Always address stains promptly and rinse with water. To assure proper drying of wet cushions, it is recommended that the cushions be turned on their sides to allow water to escape.

4. How do I clean my acrylic or cloth-like fabrics?
Wash with a solution of mild, liquid dish soap and warm water. Sponge thoroughly with warm water and allow to air dry. Most liquid stains can be cleaned off with a soft cloth and warm water. For tougher stains come into Paddy O’ Furniture for our full line of fabric cleaners and protectants. Always remember to vacuum off any loose dirt on cushions.

5. How long will my fabric last?
Most fabrics are typically under warranty for one year. The life expectancy of any solution-dyed fabric is 3 – 5 years, depending on exposure. This time can usually be maximized with proper maintenance and the use of furniture covers.

6. How do I clean my table tops?
Glass tops: Clean with glass cleaner, mild detergent and water, or a solution of vinegar and water.
Faux stone tops: Clean with a mild detergent and water, then rinse thoroughly.
Marble/Tile tops: Clean with mild soap and water. For longer life, avoid excessive moisture in grout joints by towel drying immediately. Periodically apply a water-based grout sealer to protect the table and enhance its beauty. (Ex: Duroshine® or Miracle Coat® 511 Impregnator)

7. What is the warranty on my furniture?
Warranties vary by manufacturer and are determined by the date of purchase. Please contact the Customer Service Department to get your specific warranty details.
