We (finally) put all of the furniture in place (just in time for our Mother’s Day celebration!). The furniture received rave reviews from our family and friends and has completed our backyard with quite a flare.

Ryan and his assistant were great, they called as you said and they showed up on time and quickly set about getting everything in place with a final run through on the operation.

We recently purchased several pieces of outdoor furniture from Paddy’O Furniture. Our sales consultant, Claudia Cattell, was very helpful in helping us select the furniture, fabrics and outdoor rug that we needed. She took the time to come to our house to see where the furniture would be located, offered a lot of helpful design advice, designed and created the template for custom cushions for the seating area around our circular fire pit.

We also want to recognize the outstanding service that was provided to us by Tony and his team in the customer service department. While there were some issues with the fabric and cushions on some of the pieces of furniture, both Claudia and Tony went out of their way to make sure that everything was remedied and that we were satisfied with the furniture we had purchased from Paddy’O Furniture. They arranged to have replacement cushions delivered to our home on more than one occasion until we were satisfied with what we received. Throughout the whole process Tony and his team were courteous, helpful and most pleasant to work with. We really appreciate their obvious desire to make sure that all of our concerns had been addressed and that we were ultimately happy customers.

We are pleased with the results and look forward to much enjoyment in the comfortable and lovely outdoor areas that Claudia helped create and Tony brought to completion. Claudia and Tony are exceptional assets to the Paddy’O team. Each of the very pleasant men we met in the delivery end of the process is also to be commended.

I just want to compliment your firm for outstanding customer service. Tony (in the Phoenix service department) helped us get our old Mallin patio set refinished (it was still under warranty). He was superb and did great follow-through. We felt you deserved to know how pleased we were in working with Tony.

I am writing to let you know the amazing help that one of your staff, Kathy Hope, out of the 19th Avenue store, has been for us in reupholstering our patio furniture. She has gone beyond her duties to assure we reached a decision on the color of our new fabric, as well as working with us to get the whole process completed.

When we originally bought the pieces eight years ago we were told by the sales person that we would have one complete reupholstering for the entire set any time during the life of our furniture. When we came into the Paddy-O store in February 2011, Kathy explained to us that only certain pieces were covered under warranty, not the whole set. Once we started going through out original paperwork, we found out that even those pieces were not covered because of the way the original sales person wrote the contract with us, that out of the six pieces, only one was covered. Kathy worked to get us a discount based on the miscommunication from the original Paddy-O salesperson, even though all she had was our word that this was what was said back then. Because of the discount, we could afford to have the work on all pieces completed.

Once we got that all cleared up, Kathy then worked patiently to help us pick out colors we wanted. I'm a person who loves color, and it was hard finding slings that matched the fabric I picked as I didn't want brown and that seemed to be the dominant choice. Her expertise in color selection helped to relieve my anxiety that I had picked colors that would work together. She made suggestions to tie the whole set together, and had us walking out of the showroom feeling confident in our selections.

She also gave you our names to attend your very well planned Focus Group, which we enjoyed attending, thanks to you and her inviting us.

Our furniture was picked up two weeks ago to be covered. We needed it this weekend for a party at our house on Sunday, yet I hadn't heard any news that it was ready to be delivered. Yesterday I contacted Kathy, as I have many times when I needed information or status, and she jumped right on it and made sure we will have our furniture delivered tomorrow (Saturday) morning, before our event on Sunday.

Kathy Hope has been nothing but supportive, understanding...and very patient, with us throughout this reupholstering process, and because of her, and the quality of your furniture, we will return to Paddy-O again when the need for new furniture arises. She is certainly a staff member of Paddy-O Furniture that you may well be proud of having!
