Delivery Question & Answers

When will my Paddy O' Furniture be delivered?
You will be given an estimated delivery date once you place your furniture order.  If you are ordering special order fabrics, frames or your selection is on an incoming purchase order it may take up to 12 weeks for delivery.  When your order arrives our delivery department will call you to set up a delivery date. 

How will I know when the furniture arrives?
Once the date is scheduled you will receive a phone call late in the day with a 2 hour window of time. 

Do I need to be home for the delivery?
You do not need to be home for a delivery to take place.  Please inform your salesperson at time of purchase to instruct delivery personnel put in your designated area.

Do I need to get anything ready for delivery?
In rare cases, delivery may require extraordinary means, such as hoisting or disassembly.  It is your responsibility to make the appropriate arrangements in advance of delivery, including additional costs that may occur.

What can I expect on Delivery day?
Our experienced crews will do all the heavy lifting and final assembly of your new purchase. It’s important to inspect your new patio furniture while the delivery team is still at your home.  The delivery team will take note and contact the service department with any issues or concerns.  Service department will contact you within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.
